Ehrhardt Automation Systems is looking for a 2nd Shift Sr. Quality Control Specialist.
The Sr. Quality Inspector will test and inspect products at various stages of the production process and compile and evaluate data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:54pm-11:24pm
Pay- $28-$35/hour

Responsibilities

Read, interpret and follow quality procedures, industry standard drawings and specifications.

Record inspection and test data using applicable quality control procedures.

Provide input to improvement projects to increase part quality or throughput.

Set up and perform inspections and tests on parts to measure the required characteristics.

Follow safety regulations and reports safety violations to management.

Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 5+ years related experience and/or training.

Understanding and ability to use CMM, comparator and standard inspection gages.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to understand dimensional and geometric tolerances.

Strong attention to detail
