Ehrhardt Automation Systems is looking for a skilled quality inspector to test and inspect machined parts at various stages of the production process, compile and evaluate the data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of parts.
1st Shift- Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm.
Pay based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret and follow quality procedures, blueprints, industry standard drawings and specifications.
- Accurately record inspection and test data using applicable quality control procedures.
- Provide input to improvement projects and tests on parts to measure the required characteristics.
- Follow safety regulations and report safety violations to management.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
- Understanding and ability to use CMM, comparator and standard inspection gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to understand dimensional and geometric tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills.
